I believe that healing happens at the intersection of safety, insight, and connection. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that our minds and bodies carry the stories of our experiences—especially those shaped by trauma, chronic stress, illness, or loss. I view therapy as a collaborative process, one in which clients are not “fixed,” but supported in reconnecting with their innate capacity for resilience, meaning, and growth. Drawing from evidence-based modalities and mind–body approaches, I work to meet each client where they are, honoring both their pain and their strengths. My goal is to create a space that feels attuned, compassionate, and empowering—where clients can better understand themselves, develop practical tools for change, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with their values.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, chronic stress, and the emotional impact of illness and life transitions. Areas of focus include trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, chronic illness and medical trauma, cancer-related distress, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and burnout. My work integrates evidence-based and mind–body approaches to support healing, resilience, and sustainable coping.
I approach therapy as a practical, relational process focused on helping clients better understand their internal experiences and respond to them with greater flexibility. Sessions are structured yet responsive, blending conversation, skill-building, and reflection to support real-life application. I pay close attention to patterns—how stress, emotions, and past experiences show up in the present—and work with clients to interrupt unhelpful cycles while strengthening effective coping strategies. The pace of therapy is intentional and collaborative, allowing space for both stabilization and deeper work over time.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut with a strong academic foundation in psychology and clinical practice. I am currently completing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Health Psychology through University of Arizona. I earned my Master of Science in Applied Psychology with honors from Sacred Heart University, where I was recognized as a Notable Graduate Student in 2017 and received the Outstanding Master’s Performance Award in 2018. During my graduate training, I was inducted into Psi Chi, Tau Epsilon Alpha, and the Golden Key International Honour Society. I completed my Bachelor of Arts at SUNY Purchase College. My clinical training includes EMDR, Somatic Experiencing–informed approaches, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and others such as DBT and CBT, which inform my integrative, trauma-informed work with adults.
